Terms of use
Updated 2026-10-13
These terms cover the delivery reconciliation app (the "app") provided by Burn The Boats, Inc. dba Damia Labs ("Damia Labs", "we"). By connecting a QuickBooks Online company to the app, or by using it, you agree to them.
What the app does
The app reads delivery platform payout reports that you or we provide and prepares journal entries for your QuickBooks Online company. Damia Labs runs the app on a computer it controls; it is not a hosted service. The access Intuit grants covers your QuickBooks accounting data; the app uses it only to read your company's profile, chart of accounts, the transactions in the clearing account it reconciles, and whether an entry it prepared was already posted, and to create a journal entry when Damia Labs approves that specific entry. It does not edit or delete existing transactions.
Your responsibilities
- Damia Labs reviews each entry before approving it. You remain responsible for your books, your tax filings and your accounting decisions.
- Grant access only to companies you are authorized to connect.
- Tell us promptly if an entry looks wrong.
Not professional advice
The app is a bookkeeping tool. It is not accounting, tax or legal advice.
Access and ending it
You can end the app's access at any time by disconnecting it in QuickBooks. If you ask us to, we also delete the sign-in tokens and payout reports we hold for your company. Entries already posted remain in your books.
No warranty
The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. Payout reports and accounting systems change; we do not guarantee that every report will be read correctly.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Damia Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from use of the app, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the twelve months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version; continuing to use the app after a change means you accept it.
