This policy covers the delivery reconciliation app and this website, both provided by Burn The Boats, Inc. dba Damia Labs ("Damia Labs", "we").

What the app accesses

• From QuickBooks Online: the access Intuit grants covers your QuickBooks accounting data. The app uses it only to read the company's profile (of which it uses the name and ID), its chart of accounts including inactive accounts, the transactions posted to the clearing account it reconciles, and whether a journal entry with a given reference number already exists. It writes only the journal entries Damia Labs approves.
• Payout reports exported from delivery platforms, such as DoorDash's transaction reports, which contain order and payout identifiers, store names and IDs, dates and times, order status and descriptions, and amounts including fees, taxes and tips. They do not contain customers' names or contact details.

Where it is kept

Damia Labs runs the app on a computer it controls; it is not a hosted service. Uploaded payout reports and the QuickBooks sign-in tokens are stored on that computer, the tokens in a file readable only by the account that runs the app. Apart from calls to Intuit's QuickBooks services, the app sends nothing anywhere, and it contains no analytics or tracking.

How it is used

Only to prepare, check and post the reconciliation entries described in the terms. We do not sell or share it, and we do not use it to train models or for advertising.

This website

This site has no cookies, analytics or third-party scripts. It is hosted on Vercel, which, like any web host, receives each visitor's IP address and the address of the page requested, and may keep them in its logs. The sign-in page Intuit returns to carries a one-time code and your QuickBooks company ID in its address, so both may appear in Vercel's logs. The code is short-lived and cannot be used without the app's secret, which is sent only to Intuit.

Keeping and deleting

Payout reports and tokens are kept until you ask us to delete them. Disconnecting the app in QuickBooks ends its access; on request we delete the payout reports and tokens we hold for your company. Entries already posted to QuickBooks stay in your books unless you remove them there.
